Join me for this 75 minute women's yoga class. This class is an introduction to women's yoga (although there is a lot of variation in women's yoga, as classes may be based on themes, etc.). In this class, we focus on building strength, building our foundation, and finding our balance. There is also a short vocal activation exercise and a guided visualisation for connecting to your womb space (we talk about 'womb space' because even if you don't have/no longer have a womb, it is still very powerful to connect with this area of the body). This class is suitable for all ages and levels.
