Is there a specific yoga pose you'd love to know how to do? Is there something you're working on, or a goal you'd love to achieve (like learning to do headstand)? Or do you have an injury or special circumstances and don't feel confident enough to join a group yoga class? If so, then private yoga tuition may be exactly what you need! I'm certified in Ashtanga-Vinyasa, Rocket yoga, Yin yoga, and Prenatal Yoga, and, as a certified Thai Yoga Massage therapist, I have additional anatomy and physiology training, so whether you're looking to (re)start yoga after an injury, or just want some personalised advice and support, I'm here for you. Whether you're complete beginner, or more advanced, I can help you work towards your yoga and fitness goals, dive deep into what yoga truly means, learn the benefits of mindfulness, and (re)connect with your body.
1-2-1 Yoga Class Packages
Classes take place online, over Zoom (live)
Pay as you go. Suitable for those with more complex needs (e.g. injury) or for those who would like more background information (on yoga philosophy, for example) as well as practice.
Buy a block of 6 classes and save £40.
One class a week, 60 minutes each. If you can't make a class one week we can reschedule or add on an additional week (up to 2 changes per package).
