Winter Retreat Women's Circle: Radical Rest

What if Rest was an act of Revolution?  

This women’s circle will explore the idea of rest being ‘radical’ in today’s world, and why women need it now more than ever. Many women are cut off from the Feminine aspect of 'being' and stillness; instead over-identifying with the Masculine emphasis on 'doing', achieving, 'go go go', often believing our worth is tied to our productivity. Combined with what's going on in the world currently, as a result, many of us are struggling with burnout and fatigue, yet still trying to push through, never allowing ourselves to rest and heal.

As well as sharing and discussion, this circle will give you the opportunity to experience true rest and to recharge this holiday period, through cacao, meditation, breathwork, acupressure, yin yoga, and yoga nidra.

The workshop will involve: 

• A nourishing cacao ceremony 

• Discussion and journalling prompts
