About the event
Society is based around the 24-hour cycle, yet women experience a second cycle, one that is often ignored, misunderstood, feared, or hated. Many of us receive little to no education on this menstrual cycle and how it affects every part of our lives, from our brain health and mood, to metabolism, stress levels and energy. Yoga can be a powerful tool to help us reconnect with the power of this cycle, using it to feel more confident, energised, and in touch with our intuition and inner guidance.
In this workshop we will dive deep into the menstrual cycle and the power of cyclical living, exploring how it impacts us physically and emotionally, and what tools and lifestyle factors can help us harness its power. What you can expect:
- Learn about the menstrual cycle and your inner seasons - How to support menstrual health and your hormones through cycle awareness and living cyclically - How yoga and breathwork can help support your cycle and energy levels, and reconnect you with your inner wisdom and guidance - We will practice a yoga flow for your inner seasons - Sharing with and learning from other women - You will gain a deeper appreciation for your cycle and the power that comes with it
